I love the local church and I love watching documentaries. These two things usually do not go together. However, several weeks ago I saw something posted on twitter about a video that was going to be shown at Long Hollow Baptist Church about their history.
I have never been to Long Hollow Baptist Church. I do not live in the state of Tennessee. I am not a Southern Baptist. However, watching this story explaining the story of the high points, low points, and in-between points of this local church was encouraging. If you watch this, I encourage you to look at the faces of the people talking as they explain what God has done and is doing. This documentary is just another proof of the faithfulness of God. He is good.
